Sometimes during the holidays, we may need an extra 1-2 days to produce your item due to overload. Be sure to order earlier during the holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Petimini is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your product is damaged or defective from a ‘Petimini.store ’ during shipment , we will exchange or refund this product. To return or exchange an order, please Contact us via Email:services@Petimini.store

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Item not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. You’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us Mail:services@Petimini.store .we’ll try our best.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. These technical issues which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if still unable to locate your item, contact us Mail: services@Petimini.store we’ll assist you.
